Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

As per our company policy, once a consultation service is purchased, it is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for astrology consultations, horoscope readings, or any other services provided by Sri AadhiGuru Education and Mr. Karunagaran.

2. Nature of Service

Astrological consultation is a personalized advisory service that involves time, expertise, and specialized knowledge. Once a booking is confirmed and the consultation begins or the horoscope is prepared, the service is considered delivered or in-process, and no refund can be provided.

3. Payment Failures

In case a payment is deducted from your account but the consultation could not be delivered due to technical issues on our end, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days. Please contact us immediately with your transaction details.

4. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a booked consultation:

• Cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
• Even with timely cancellation, no refund will be issued, but the credit can be used for a future consultation within 30 days.

5. Cancellation by Sri AadhiGuru Education

In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver a booked consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either:

• Reschedule the consultation at a mutually convenient time, OR
• Issue a full refund of the consultation fee within 5-7 working days.
